Invoicing for accounting firms

  • Automatic numbering by series and year, and draft, issued, paid, overdue or cancelled status.
  • PDF with the company's logo and data, ready to download or send.
  • Client records with NIF and CIF validation, instant search and history of invoices.
  • Dashboard with the month's invoicing, outstanding invoices, active clients and the six most recent months.

Time control and job reports

  • Works offline: clock-in is saved on the phone and uploaded only when the network is available, without duplication.
  • Job reports with tasks, valued materials, expenses, kilometers, and photos of the intervention.
  • Client signature on the screen, with their name and DNI, stamped on the invoice.
  • Recording of working hours according to Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, with clock-ins protected against any changes.
