Terms of Use — AutoRent

1. Who provides the service

AutoRent is a professional tool developed by RMTracker S.L., with NIF B88803085, whose registered address and data are in the Legal Notice of RMTracker Solutions.

It is aimed at firms, management companies and professional practices. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to individual taxpayers: the firm that contracts it is responsible, and the users are its advisors. The economic terms, the scope of the service and the duration are set in the contract with each firm; these terms only govern the use of the tool and do not replace it.

2. Access

There is no self-employed registration. The accounts are created by an administrator. Each firm is responsible for who gives access, for removing it when someone no longer needs it, and for the custody of credentials. It is recommended to activate the second factor.

3. What the tool does, and what it doesn't

AutoRent digitalizes documents, proposes their tax classification, maintains accounting records and prepares declarations, settlements and files based on this information.

Three limits that are worth knowing:

• It does not advise. The calculations and classifications are proposals. The tax decision is made by the professional, who is responsible for it before his client and before the Administration.

4. Responsabilidad sobre los datos de terceros

La asesoría introduce en AutoRent datos personales de sus clientes y de terceros relacionados con ellos: contrapartes, perceptores de rentas, arrendadores, trabajadores. Es la asesoría quien responde de tener base jurídica para tratarlos y de haber informado a esas personas. RMTracker actúa como encargado del tratamiento, conforme a la Política de Privacidad.

5. Uso aceptable

No está permitido:

• Compartir credenciales o dar acceso a quien no forme parte de la asesoría.
• Intentar acceder a los espacios de trabajo de otras asesorías.
• Alterar o intentar alterar el registro de auditoría o los documentos sellados.
• Extraer masivamente datos por medios automatizados no previstos.

6. Disponibilidad y copias

El servicio se presta sin garantía de disponibilidad ininterrumpida: hay mantenimientos, incidencias y dependencias de terceros. 7. Intellectual property

The application, its code, its design, and the brand AutoRent belong to RMTracker S.L. A limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use is granted for the duration of the contract. The data and documents belong to the consulting firm and its clients.; RMTracker no does not acquire any rights over them nor does it use them for any purpose whatsoever.

8. Responsibility

RMTracker confirm that the tool functions as described. It does not take responsibility for tax decisions. that she be held responsible for them, nor for the fines, surcharges or interest arising from a poorly prepared declaration, submitted late or based on inaccurate data. That responsibility is of the professional who signs it.

9. End of service

Once the relationship ends, the advisor will be able to obtain their data according to the terms agreed upon in the contract, and RMTracker they will suppress or return them in accordance with Article 28.3(g) of the GDPR, unless they are required to retain them by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the Spanish legislationFor any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are appropriate according to law.
