Can you still sign in to the application?
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: go to Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and you do not need to complete anything else.
If you can no longer access the app, use the form on this page or email our support team. We will process your request manually and confirm it by email with a reference code.
About the Process
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR 2016/679) and the privacy rules of Google Play and the Apple App Store, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data.
Data We Delete
- User profile, email address and name.
- Usage history and in-app preferences.
- Uploaded files, records and content.
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens.
Data We Retain
- Invoices and accounting records (a legal tax obligation for 5–6 years).
- Encrypted security audit records.
Estimated processing time: no more than 30 calendar days from receipt of your request. Our support team will contact you if further identity verification is required.
