Terms of Use — FactuSimple

1. Who provides the service and to whom

FactuSimple is an application of RMTracker S.L. (NIF B88803085), whose registration data is contained in the Legal Notice.

It can be accessed in two ways, and they determine what you pay:

• It registers your advisor. If your advisor has contracted the product, you do not pay anything: the economic relationship is between RMTracker and her.
• You register yourself. If your advisor does not have the product contracted, or if you still do not have an advisor, you can register yourself through subscription.

1.1 Subscription

• Price: 1.99 € per month, including taxes.
• Duration and renewal: monthly, with automatic renewal unless cancelled.
• How it is charged: through the App Store or Google Play, using the payment method associated with your store account. RMTracker does not see or store your card data.
• Cancellation: from your store's subscription settings, at any time. Takes effect at the end of the paid period; access remains until then. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charging the next period.
• Refunds: are managed by the store (Apple or Google) according to their own terms, not RMTracker.
• If the subscription ends: you lose access to the app, but your data is not deleted.: your invoices remain stored in accordance with the tax obligation described in section 9.

Issuing invoices with Veri*factu registration requires having a contracted advisor, because the registration with the Tax Agency is carried out by the advisor's system. Without it, the application allows you to capture, archive and send your invoices, and offers you to contract one.

2. What the tool does

• Issue and store invoices, with its breakdown of VAT and income tax.
• Capture invoices received and invoices that you have issued from another system.
• Send that documentation and your bank statements to your advisor.
• Check the employment section: employee registrations and terminations, and payroll downloads.

3. What NOT to do, and it is important that this be clear

FactuSimple does not replace professional tax or accounting advice. It is a tool for capturing and querying data. The person who interprets their tax situation, calculates their obligations, and submits their returns is their advice.

The calculations that the application displays (VAT collected, paid, and net) are a summary for guidance purposes of what you have entered. They are not a liquidation. and they should not be used as such.

Automatic document reading with a camera is an aid for those who don't want to type: it can make mistakes. You should review the data before saving it.

4. Numbering and registration of Veri*factu

When you issue an invoice from the app, the The definitive reference number and the Veri*factu registration are assigned by your advisor's system., but rather the application itself. This ensures that your series does not have gaps or duplicates, as required by anti-fraud regulations.

The invoices you have issued from another system (e.g., your POS) and capture here they maintain the original number and are not re-registered: the system that issued it is responsible for having done so.

A registered invoice cannot be modified or deleted. If there is an error, it is corrected by issuing a corrective invoice.

5. Your obligations

• Truthfulness: you are responsible for the data you enter. The application cannot verify whether an invoice reflects a real transaction.
• Third party data: when entering data for your customers, suppliers and employees, you declare that you have legal basis to do so and have informed them.
• Credentials: are personal. Do not share them.
• Legal use: it is not allowed to use the application for simulated transactions, or to attempt to alter billing records or the audit log.

6. Who owns the data

The data you enter are yours. RMTracker you do not acquire any rights over its content and you do not use it for your own purposes.

The software, the brand FactuSimple and its design are the property of RMTracker S.L. You are granted a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right of use while the relationship with your advisor lasts. It is not permitted to disassemble, resell or grant access to third parties.

7. Availability

Maximum continuity is ensured, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to external causes (suppliers, network, government services). Some functions require connection: in particular, issuing an invoice requires a connection... because its registration is online.

8. Responsibility

RMTracker confirm that the tool functions as described. It does not address the fiscal consequences. regarding the data you enter or the decisions that you or your advisory firm make based on it, nor any penalties arising from obligations that fall upon the tax payer.

None of the above limits the rights that the law recognizes in a mandatory manner.

9. End of service

You can delete your account from Settings → Delete my account or from the web formwithout needing to be logged in.

Your access also ends if your advisor ceases to provide you with services or if the product is no longer under contract.

In both cases, Their invoices and payroll records are kept under the custody of their accounting firm. within the period required by tax regulations. This is not a business decision: it is a legal obligation that cannot be waived.

10. Changes in these conditions

The versions are recorded with their effective date of entry into force. If a change significantly affects your rights or obligations, you will be notified before it becomes applicable.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond according to law, without prejudice to the jurisdiction recognized by the law for consumers.
