Terms of Use — MeetingVoice

1. Who we are and what you agree to

MeetingVoice is an application of RMTracker S.L., with NIF B88803085, cwhose registered address and data are listed in the Legal Notice of RMTracker Solutions. By downloading, installing or using the application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

These terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy.

2. What the application does

MeetingVoice records meetings with the device's microphone and generates transcriptions with identification of speakers and translation, processing the content on the device itself. On a computer, it can also capture system audio to generate subtitles.

MeetingVoice does not record phone calls or interfere with them. If you wish to record a call, the accepted method is to use a second device with the call on speakerphone.

3. Accounts

The accounts of MeetingVoice they are company-owned they are created by an administrator: today the application does not allow for independent registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and the activity performed with them. Please immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Their responsibility during recording – essential clause

Recording conversations is regulated, and the regulations vary depending on the territory. You are solely responsible for your use of the application. In particular, you agree to:

• Inform all participants before starting the recording and obtain their consent when applicable regulations require it. In several jurisdictions, the consent of all parties involved is required.
• Obtain explicit consent before creating a voice profile of any person, as it involves biometric data.
• Respect the applicable data protection regulations, labor laws, and sectoral regulations, as well as the internal policies of your organization.
• Do not use the application for covert surveillance, harassment, extortion, or any illegal purpose.
• Respond to requests for access or deletion submitted by participants.

RMTracker provides a tool; does not supervise or control its specific use. You will indemnify RMTracker in response to claims arising from the breach of this clause.

5. Premium Subscription

• Plans: monthlypremium_monthly) and annual (premium_annual).
• Duration: a natural month or year from the date of hire.
• Price: 10 € per month or 100 € per year, excluding taxes. In any case, the price that appears on the App Store or Google Play before confirming the purchase will prevail, which may vary depending on the country and applicable taxes.
• Content: Premium removes the limits of the free version: it goes from 3 recordings saved to an unlimited number, and from a maximum of 15 minutes per recording to recordings without time limit. The rest of the features —transcription, speaker identification, translation, subtitles and export— are also available in the free version.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription is renewed automatically at the end of each period, and is charged 24 hours before expiry, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours prior.
• Cancellation: from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling does not cancel the subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Payment and refunds: the payment is managed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by their policies and must be requested from them, not through RMTracker.
• Account linking: the subscription is linked to your account of MeetingVoice, not the device. You can recover it with «Restore purchases».
• Simultaneous devices: the subscription can be used simultaneously on a limited number of devices, which is 3 in the Premium plans published. You can view them and release slots from Settings → Linked devices.
• Device change: when a slot is released, the next release will not be available until 15 days after. If you lose access to a device before that time, write to us at soporte@rmtrackersolutions.com and we will resolve it.

We will be able to modify prices by giving sufficient advance notice; the new price will apply to the next renewal period and never to one that has already been paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract the code or models of the application; not to resell or license it without authorization; not to bypass the limitations of the free version; and not to use it in a way that infringes on the rights of third parties or harms the service.

7. Intellectual property

The application, its code, its design and its trademarks belong to: RMTracker or their licensors. A limited, revocable and non-exclusive personal use license is granted to it. The content you generate – recordings and transcripts – is yours.: no We do not claim any rights over it and we do not use it to train models.

The recognition and translation models are downloaded and executed locally on the device. Recordings and transcriptions are not sent to an external AI provider for inference.

8. Availability and guarantees

The application is "as is". The accuracy of transcription, speaker identification, and translation depends on the quality of the audio, the language, and the equipment. We do not guarantee its accuracy.: it should not be used as the sole source in contexts where an error could have significant consequences. We may interrupt service for maintenance or due to reasons beyond our control.

9. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, RMTracker will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability will be limited to the amounts you have paid in the twelve months preceding the event that caused them.

None of the above excludes liability for intentional or serious negligence, nor does it exclude the rights that consumer regulations recognize in an imperative manner for consumers.

10. Completion

You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of serious breach of these terms, particularly clause 4. Termination does not affect the content stored on your device, which will remain under your control.

11. Modifications

We will publish the updated versions at this same address with their effective date. If the change is significant, we will notify you in advance.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond according to law, without prejudice to the jurisdiction recognized by law for consumers.
